Founded in 2013, IFBH Group is a fast-growing Thailand-based company specializing in ready-to-drink beverages and ready-to-eat products. With a deep connection to China, the company is known for its innovative approach in bringing refined Thai flavors to global consumers.
In 2013, IFBH was a pioneer in introducing natural coconut water to mainland China, which has become the company’s largest market. IFBH products are also popular in markets such as Hong Kong SAR, Singapore, and Taiwan.
On April 9, 2025, the company submitted its IPO application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Through a strong focus on product quality and innovation, IFBH has built a widely recognized brand and secured a leading market position. According to research by China Insights Consultancy, IFBH has ranked No. 1 in China’s coconut water market by retail sales for five consecutive years since 2020, holding approximately 34% market share in 2024—more than 7 times that of the second-largest competitor. In Hong Kong SAR, IFBH has remained the top coconut water brand for 9 years in a row, with about 60% market share in 2024. Globally, the company is the second-largest coconut water brand in 2024.
The IF Experiential Learning Education Fund donated by IFBH will primarily support teachers and students from the School of Foreign Languages at Fudan University to participate in the 2025 IF–Fudan Thailand Study Tour. Under the One Belt One Road initiative, Fudan University launched Thai language courses in 2023, which have been warmly welcomed by students and faculty. The year 2025 marks the 50th anniversary of diplomatic ties between China and Thailand. At this historic milestone, the study tour will serve as a cultural bridge to foster cross-cultural understanding and enhance students’ language abilities and global awareness.
The successful signing ceremony not only injects new momentum into China–Thailand cultural exchange but also reflects IFBH’s long-standing commitment to social responsibility. In addition to its focus on innovation, IFBH embraces sustainability as a core value throughout its development. Notably, 75% of its management team and 50% of its board members are women, demonstrating the company’s dedication to equal opportunity and social inclusion. IFBH also works closely with coconut farmers to increase productivity, reduce waste, and adopt sustainable farming practices—ensuring business growth while empowering local communities.
Vipada Kanchanasorn, COO of IFBH Group, stated that the company will continue to strengthen product innovation and brand building based on its strong roots in Thailand. It will also remain committed to social welfare, corporate responsibility, and long-term sustainable development. Through its IPO in Hong Kong SAR, IFBH aims to further enhance brand awareness and reputation, building a strong international image and laying the foundation for its global expansion.
